Unthread's MCP Server, and Natural Language Ticket Analytics
We know it's easiest to get the information you want by... just asking. While we provide a comprehensive Board Builder for advanced analytics, you can now ask the AI for any insights about your Unthread data.
For early adopter customers, you'll see the ✨ button in the "Analytics" > "Performance" section of your Unthread dashboard (if you don't see it, reply here to get early access!)
Relatedly, we're proud to announce our MCP Server, allowing you to manage Unthread data right from your favorite AI tool like Claude or ChatGPT. We offer a hosted version, or you can host your own using our open source MCP package: Uthread's MCP package on npm. We also wrote up more about our MCP server on our blog.
These are huge steps in making AI work seamlessly alongside your Unthread data in a way that's flexible, secure, and controlled by you.

ANNOUNCING ALSO:
An All-New Customer Portal (in Beta)
We're super excited to announce our completely rebuilt Customer Portal, giving your team the ability to browse documents, ask the AI, and manage their tickets from a single place. You can configure your portal for internal employees, or for external customers to use.
