We are thrilled to announce an exciting partnership between Unthread, the leading Slack-based support platform, and Google's Gemini AI. Unthread will begin rolling out Gemini's limited access Gemini 1.5 state-of-the-art AI technology integrated into Unthread's platform, we've already seen drastic improvements in successfully auto-resolved tickets by leveraging Unthread's AI tools that use documentation and previous customer conversations to provide helpful answers to incoming tickets.

Gemini 1.5 is available to select Unthread growth customers with plans to roll out to all customers soon.
