MCP & Copilot Expansion
We've shipped a ton of new functionality into our MCP and our AI assistant, lovingly named Tailor, to help you manage your helpdesk via AI.
In the Unthread MCP or through Tailor, you can now update tickets, leave comments, send approval requests, write new articles, and more.

Channel Health Scores [Add-on Feature]
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends across all of your intake channels where you're handling issues. Get real-time scoring and AI-generated actionable insights about recommended changes to keep users happy. Contact us to request access!
Multi-Stage Approvals & Approval Reminders
We've received incredible feedback on how approvals allow more automation in your workflows with a human in the loop. You can now set up more advanced flows, which can be group-based, veto-based, or any other configuration. You can also set up automated reminders to be sure things don't get dropped.
Deeper Microsoft Integration: Entra & Intune
For our Microsoft-based friends, we've created more comprehensive integrations into your stack. You can now automate Entra group adding/removing, as well as sync Intune devices with device actions to streamline onboarding and offboarding of team members.
Scheduled Reports
Set up your reports to automatically be sent to you daily, weekly, or really any interval that works for you. You can send individual reports or customized dashboards.
